Stacey was unbelievably helpful in working with us ,went above and beyond to explain everything possible to make decisions ,giving useful information & getting us approved quickly ,all that we needed moving from a very long distance away ! Great apartment complex! The apartments themselves are big and in good condition. The office staff is nice and helpful. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly.

Lived here for 16 months. Great service from the front office; reported issues get fixed in a timely manner. Snow clean-up is quick and efficient. Love having an in-unit washer/drier. The apartment itself has a good amount of storage space and none of the rooms feel cramped. Overall a good value for the cost.

Lived happyly here for long time because I can be with my two Maltesses that are my life! They have their own dog park which they enjoy a lot!. I have at home every thing I need central air, washer and dryer and if any thing goes wrong I count with a friendly and professional staff that solves inmediately the problem.The community is located near the station where I can choose to take a bus or train to the City making life easyer. This place is quiete, safe and peaceful. I would recomend to anyone.Clara Cadena.

I'm very happy with Mt. Arlington Gardens. It's a beautiful neighborhood with very friendly and quiet neighbors. I relocated from out of state and was able to get the lease and apartment without any worries. The apartment itself has square footage you will not find elsewhere. I looked long and hard because we downsized from a home to the apartment but it feels like home. We opted for an upgraded unit and it's gorgeous! The two ladies in the office were both wonderful to work with. Maintenance staff is respectful, nice and efficient. The complex has a dog park and poop bags available in the cul-de-sacs for pet owners. We're close to the freeways plus other amenities. Lake Hopatcong is right down the road and we have our own private area thanks to the complex, definitely looking forward to the summer! The snow removal was quick. I'm very happy here!

The apartment complex is very well maintained. The apartments are in very nice condition. The leasing staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is efficient and addresses issues quickly. I would recommend this community to everyone.

I have lived in Mt. Arlington Gardens for about 3 months now, and I absolutelty LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY UNIT!!! I seached long and hard, until I found this apartment. It is the most spacious 1 bedroom I have seen and has all the amenities you need. Oh my goodness, the amount of closets are absolutely amazing (actually what sealed the deal for me), the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit is wonderful, and the heating system awesome!!! I am so looking forward to summer, so I can enjoy sitting out on my patio. i must say, I wasn't prepared for all the snow we got this winter, but I am extremely pleased at how well our parking lots and community were plowed. The grounds are well kept and neighbors are very nice. Lastly, the management team are the best ever!!! They are very professional, attentive, responsive, and understanding. Kudos, keep up the great work ladies. In closing, I am so glad to call this my home. I am looking forward to the nice weather, so i can enjoy long walks around my community, and meeting others. I give 10+ stars, and TOTALLTY recommend Mt. Arlington Gardens to anyone.

These are great apartments in a really good area of Morris County. The complex is generally quiet and restful with grounds that are well lit and maintained year round with our safety and comfort in mind. I have lived here alone for over ten years and have always felt safe. The apartments are a bit older, but have been upgraded and refurbished beautifully, giving the comfort and feel of of the well established, clean community that they truly are. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues, which thankfully have been very few. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
