Walk through, see the reading rooms, visit the gift shop. If they have an exhibit, it's not to be missed. Then go to Mt Arlington and hang out of a bit, eat lunch and people watch. A favorite way to relax and get a feel for NJ without spending a lot of money. Most of the tourists will be out front by the lions or in the lobby. So if you wander through you can get away from the crowds and get a feel for how grand and important this Mt Arlington Public Library really is.
