Horrible. This is the highest I've ever paid and only a small 2 bdrm home. Paid less in bigger cities with a bigger older house. Fac charge is a joke, just an easy way to get more money. Crooked city officials

Terrible! Bills are inconsistent, I wonder if they actually read the meters or if they just estimate usage. For example, I ran my heat non-stop at 60 degrees for a full month, then the next month I turn the heat off completely and my electric bill is higher for the month that I did not run any heat. This place sucks!

Inconsistency for sure bill's are so unpredictable here! Your probably better off doing a budget plan here... I live in a 30 year old high efficient 3 bedroom house I ran my air conditioning at 68in June my bill was the same as July's bill running at 70 degrees... Like the water bill, there saying I use more water now since I've went out and bought new Samsung HE washer and dryer and cut back on running the dishwasher.. All plumbing is up to date... Ridiculous
