We go over all of our policies every year to make sure any changes were made throughout the year and make sure we are getting the best possible insurance for our needs that they can give us. I really enjoy the personal service they give us. No matter who I talk to they can all help me out for whatever I need.

My husband and I were referred to this insurance agency by a veterans organization, I called their office and was greeted by a friendly voice, Kelly. She was beyond amazing! We found ourselves in need of immediate insurance for our car, we explained our situation and she went more than above and beyond to help us find the right policy for us and our budget. Kelly was fun and friendly and made the whole experience a great one! Called late morning and by early afternoon had my auto insurance policy. We are so grateful for all her hard work to find us the best deal! Would highly recommend this agency as they are veteran friendly! I recently opened my own business and was having a hard time finding proper insurance for it. Most companies wanted me to have 2 years of experience running the business before they would speak to me about covering it. Kinda hard to get that experience if no one is willing to work with you at the beginning. Mt. Pleasant Agency had no problems with finding me the proper insurance and now my business is up and running. They are great people to work with and very much appreciated.
