Zero stars. Very unprofessional service. I have had service with them for more than 9 years. Routine service is supposed to be provided, but whenever I call they end up charging me saying it was not routine. I have only stayed with them because no other providers are available in this building. My monthly cost has also gone up more than 100% in 9 years, supposedly because of Dish Satellite increases. I have not heard from them since installation. We are moving and I want to cancel and they say they ahve to come out and review the contract because it auto renews every 5 years. Of course, that is what the contract says, but it was not described to me that way when I signed up. If you provided good service you wouldn't need a contract that autro renews for 5 years!!!! You also would not need a meeting to go over the contract if it was properly described from day one.
