I am writing about my experience with MR. Breiner Myles. I would like to say that he is a amazing attorney and is very professional. I believe through my experience with MR. Breiner that he is very passionate about ensuring that his clients get the best service available. I would like to personally thank him for being a outstanding attorney and representing me in my Case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has any issues that require a attorney. Breiner represented my husband; however, at each encounter he berated like an angry child making condescending remarks. Instead of resolving conflict, he greatly contributed to an atmosphere of destructive conflict. I would not recommend representation by Breiner due to his crude, beligerant, arrogant, and unprofessional behavior in and outside the court. Also see OFFICE OF DISCIPLINARY COUNSEL v. Myles S. BREINER, No. 21708. His legacy of disruptive behavior continues in the courtroom today.

I attended a consultation at Myles Breiner’s office where I watched him berate and curse at his female office staff! My boyfriend and I were incredibly shocked and dismayed by his lack of professionalism and poor people skills. We left immediately after our meeting and never returned - highly recommend that you consult elsewhere, should you need a criminal defense attorney. DO NOT go to Myles Breiner! We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

My opinion is he should be disbarred. No professional or personal ethics, no conscience, no moral convictions. Should have returned retainer money, having withdrawn as counsel. When asked if any portion to be returned, answer was NO. Took a cut of settlement money in another case, his client never recd her money and has since died. Egregious!

The only way he was going to help my boyfriend was if he turned other family members over to the police. After paying huge amounts of money and finding out he's in the pocket of the government we did not know what to do.
