Feedback:

I highly doubt that their reviews are from actual customers. Definitely check the Better Business Bureau website before doing business with them. I thought I had done my research on this company when I decided to give them a shot. On a positive note, they did provide the possible company names within the time frame they committed to. I had put together a group of approximately 15 people to review the names once we received them. The whole group agreed that the names weren't very good. I then called them to give them a better explanation as to what we were thinking, provided them a possible name and asked for their feedback. They said my name was too long and that I should let them come up with the name. Hours later they just reused the name I gave them only making it longer and giving me names that had nothing to do with my business. I decided to give them one last shot. When they sent me the final list and I saw that they misspelled essential I realized I probably wasn't dealing with professionals. I guess you get what you pay for. They did refund $100 back but I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Feedback:

The recession finally caught up to me last year at my IT consulting job, I got laid off with no severance, no job prospects and nowhere to go. I decided to go it alone, well the first step was to name my business. I already had a few clients I was working with, and I needed something that made me sound a little bit more official. Paul Hancock IT Consulting just doesn't sound as professional as Accenture. Purchased the complete package and got a phone call the next day from Chris letting me know that they delivered my project. Awesome. Checked out the names and ended up going with Liqua IT. I had a unique idea for the logo for this, so I called up my branding contact, I think his name was Chad, and we worked out what I wanted the design to inspire. Next day I woke up in a dazy hangover (check out my other review on the W in hollywood), and in my inbox was exactly what I envisioned. Great work, Chris, Chad and the team!ï¾

Feedback:

I used to be head of marketing for a large property development firm in Santa Monica. I say USED to, because I was laid off back in the craziness of 2008. My time as head of one of the largest property development firms in los angeles meant that I worked with a lot of big SF naming agencies in helping us develop brands and images for our new developments. If you can afford the price tag of $10,000 for name development, I highly recommend you check out firms like Lexicon and Eat My Words. After traveling the last few years, I started my own property development firm in 2011 with three other partners. First things first, we needed a name for the company, and we couldn't afford the price tag of the SF agencies I mentioned earlier. Namella had a solid price point and a strong value proposition, and we hired them to help with our naming. After things got up and running, we needed to name our various shopping centers and apartment complexes that we developed. Namella helped us with that. We joked about them coming up with the name for an annual fair we started last year in one of our apartment complexes, and they actually said they'd do it! At this point, I'm thinking of having them name my baby that's on the way, haha! You can't really beat the price point that they charge for the service that they provide. Since I started working with them they have tripled in size, I think they had 4 professionals now I believe they have 12 or 13. It's really exciting to see a company grow right in front of your eyes, and I feel like my firm has been a big part of their success (we've given them more business than we probably should have). Update: I feel like I should mention that they also offer web design services. They have build us 3 websites for our apartment communities, and are currently working on one for a small shopping center we are developing.ï¾
