Consumer Beware!My company was looking to design an email marketing template. We found Napkin Marketing via Mail Chimp Business Directory. Although the initial stages of our business relationship seemed promising, the end result was disappointing. From the get-go, their proofs reflected a total misunderstanding of what our expectations were. After multiple conversations, excessive email correspondence and my staff involvement, we clearly saw they did not have a grasp on our very simple request or comprehension of our brand. Since we were left with no usable template, we requested our deposit back. This was denied, and we are now out of pocket a substantial amount of money.
