Located behind casinos our GPS got us to a peaceful lake front campground with level concrete pads and 50 amp full hook ups ..3 miles off I 55 ... the laundry had two machines out, but there was another one located in the far end we did not check...it is late in the season, so they would be ready next year I am sure. For our one night stop it was quiet and beautiful ... priced right for our journey between state capitols

Site was covered with dog droppings. No trash pickup and dumpsters a great distance from sites. Not convenient for handicapped.

Since we've bought our camper we stay at this campground regularly very nice and respectable workers they try so hard to make it a very nice place for the kids to even be. Very clean and roomie spots.

Just returned from a fun filled 4th of July weekend at Natalbany Creek Campground and RV Park located just off I-55 on LA 16 in Amite, LA. The Staff were very accommodating from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. You can reserve lake front sites, which makes it handy for fishing, or across the street for general camping. All Sites are full hookup and concrete, with large concrete patios, with plenty of green area. They also have a swimming pool, outdoor game activities and indoor arcade for the kids. Cabins are also available.
