380 kb/s top speed takes up to 4 weeks to install a game

The slowest internet I have ever been with. I am paying over $100 for 10Mbps and don’t even get close to that. Unfortunately this is my only option for internet where I live right now. Natco takes advantage of the fact that we have no other options. Being 2018 we shouldn’t have to even be dealing with dial up speeds.

Seriously horrible WiFi service. I’m literally sitting next to the router/modem and can’t access the internet. The internet works some times in the day, but extremely slowly especially at night. You can absolutely forget about streaming any type of shows anytime of the day. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all. Absolutely awful.I also want it to be noted that I turn off all other devices in the house so the laptop can be the only thing using the internet. It isn’t background apps or anything else. The internet just doesn’t work. It’s sad that you can go anywhere else in the state and have decent internet. My sister in law has to leave and go to Yellville just to do homework from college. Ridiculous!!!!

I've never had so many problems with this internet. It's not the companies services, it's the internet it's self. We're being payed way to much for what it is, we're getting 10 mb or less for 100$ and I've had to switch routers 3 times because it's being really slow.
