Very professional in recruiting and contacting respondents to the research studies that they conduct. Extremely poor in compensating participants for the time spent being a part of their projects. The wait for promised compensation is interminable. Not at all worth the time and energy wasted in working with this company

I did a research study in July for a major financial company, an hour online, for $250 and have not been paid. I spoke to the recruiter and it was suggested that they are using client money to stay in business and I should not expect to be paid.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I did a phone survey/ web cam in July. Promised $85.00 in 30 days. I never received any payment! It is now 9/ 12. Left numerous phone messages and emails. No response. Went in person to Skokie office! Doors locked ! Spread the word. They need to either rectify or be shut down. It’s a scam!!!
