Have been with Barbara and her staff as my agent for over 25years and could not ask for better customer service, always ready to help in any way possible. They are the greatest team! Small town companies are always better.

They have very poor service. I am in the middle of an issue where my insurance on a commercial building was canceled for a minor issue, which was rectified, yet this office never requested a reinstatement of the policy (pretty common practice) as I requested. But it gets worse. The underwriter returned my premiums to them 10 months ago according to documents they gave me, and I never received my refund. Now that I have brought this to their attention, they can't seem to understand their own refund policy and correctly calculate the refund.
