Brenda Hurley is an absolutely worthless insurance agent, a dishonest person, and a downright crook. Although she was not my agent my friends wife used her for a time. My friend's wife tried to cancel the policy and instead of doing it right away she waited a week until my friend's wife would be charged again for another month. After calling her to resolve this my friend's wife was told by Brenda that she would "take care of it". But instead of taking care of it she failed to do that and they were hounded to pay an ever move expensive bill.If you value honest, integrity, and quality service do not trust this woman or do business with her. I was thinking of using her before speaking to my friend and now all I feel like doing is making sure that she doesn't screw over anyone else.
