Jason provides a level of personalized service that is unbeatable. He is easy to work with, quick to respond to questions and is very knowledgeable about the insurance profession. I’ve worked with him on both business, homeowner and auto policies.

I have had insurance with the Jason Bentley Agency for a few years. Everyone at the Agency has had exceptional customer service. I have had to make some special requests or have asked crazy questions; 99.9% Carissa gets my call. She is always extremely nice and patient. Carissa makes calling easy and I feel she goes over her duties to make sure I am taken care of. Thank you to the Jason Bentley Agency and Carissa for providing exceptional service and support.

I was interested to get insurance over here at this location. My boyfriend and I were going to get a policy for both our cars. The minute we sat down to talk Jason Bently he started to talk to my boyfriend with a loud tone. He was very unprofessional with us, and basically was talking to us like we were ignorant. The whole time we were talking to him, he didn't even make eye contact with us. He was just messing with his papers on his desk. I would not recommend going to him.

I am not a client. I sat down with him for less than five minutes and he didn't even look at me while I was speaking. He was messing with papers on his desk and clearly was not interested in me or anything I had to say. It's a shame because we were looking for a new home, auto, and life policy. His disinterest for 5 minutes cost him ...
