I called because I received a $10 late fee plus a bank fee even though I had called the previous month to update my payment information. Apparently, the lady that took my info didn't update my automatic payment info. I called and the receptionist gave me an attitude and then hung up on me, I kept calling back and she would transfer my call to voicemail.When they got tired of ignoring my calls they answered and said they were having phone issues. I asked to speak to the person I made my policy with, and he wasn't available. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY'RE VERY FRIENDLY UNTIL THEY GET YOU TO SIGN UP THROUGH THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
