When I made the switch from Allstate to Nationwide.. I didn't know their slogan was so accurate... through Michelle outstanding amount customer service I have always felt like I was being taken care of.. she applies both the sense of caring and the understanding towards the situation at hand... she keeps a smile on her face all the time even when I know she can't be this happy to see me lol ... there's been times a " hey how you been " turns into a 15-minute conversation about life... to say the least I would have looked for better Insurance Company in the past and not stuck around so long if it wasn't for her.. she makes giving away $200 a month less painful LOL so far her and nationwide have not let me down yet.... Nationwide might think they have blessed her with a job but she has blessed them with years of dedication and great a quality customer service. too me... she's the face of Nationwide...and anyone important reading this needs to know that she does a amazing job representing the company...and as a customer she is greatly valued
