If I could give them zero start I would Michelle : Ashly is a totally airhead messed up on my policy twice . Misinformed me twice so it looked like I made mistakes with my billing but it was all her . Not only was it her she reinstated my policy changed the date and didn't inform me until the policy was cancelled . I called the office 10x who wants to be driving with insurance let along a policy that you have paid for .do not go to this location they are not helpful at all . I called twice she answer on my 10th calling saying that in a crazy person and theirs nothing she could do to help me with policy that she messed up .fyi I paid them 420$ in the month of October only 120$ was actually added to my auto I still have to figure out where the missing money went the have to send me to a policy speaclist. The customer service reps are no better they act as if your not a paying customer and their working for free. GUYS IM TRULY WARING YOU DO NOT GO TO NATIOWIDE . Save yourself the hardache.
