Been with Nationwide for over 10 years before moving to Chattanooga area. Had great service everywhere else. Been with Turner agency for over 3 years and first time I question a claim, I get told I'm not reasonable. I also get told how bad a driver one of my sons are, even though it was more than 3 years since any traffic violations. I admit I'm a very thorough person and like details, however, after 3 years of Turner being my agent, only the last 2 months have their been issues and as soon as he gets questioned, he lambastes me.I'll be transferring my coverage to a different agency or different company.

You won’t find better customer service than using Natiinwide and John Turner. John and Sherri Turner are fantastic to work with and provide wonderful customer service! Communication is very important to me and they are so good with that!

I've been with The Turner Agency since 2006. When my husband and I got married in 2014, we compared prices between my Turner Agency quote and his. Mine was waaaay lower! And they’ve worked with us during each renewal to make sure we get the best possible rate. And having homeowners and auto together gets you a discount! You definitely want to check them out!
