I have been trying to get a claim started for several weeks now and I keep getting told someone will call me back. They have no problem taking my money every month but when it's time for them to do their part I have gotten nothing back from them. I started a claim with 1800nationwide which was denied because "you dont have wind and hail" well that's through NC joint underwriters so I call Lawson Wagner and keep getting told "someone will call you back". I was just on the phone with then and after explaining how frustrating it was that for weeks now I have been told someone will call me back I was placed on hold... (no problem I've got time to wait better than no call back right??) 3 minutes later she came back "Sir, I'm going to have to have someone call you back when they arent so busy". Well its 1:34 on a Friday I dont suppose I'll be getting a call back, much less an adjuster to come look at the property any time soon... absolute scam of an insurance company.
