Overall Feedback:

The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. The most unprofessional company I have ever seen, and I'm my opinion the most in incompetent company I've ever seen. I personally will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this.company again. I'm not bashing Nationwide Insurance.... I'm bashing the local agency. Do yourself a favor and go to another agency, even if you have to go to another town... just go.
