Overall Feedback:

I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy. I have been with this agency for 8 years. Communication is a loss cause with them, they will wash their hands of you and let you walk away just like that. You pay for your agent and their professionalism in your policy terms.... This group just wants your payment but doesn't want to actually be your agent. I wish I could go back to the earlier times where people actually cared about their neighbors. #disappointed
