When I switched to Olmstead insurance from having Meemic Insurance I have to tell you out of the insurances I have had over the years Nationwide is the best that I've ever encountered especially the staff Laura she's the most helpful person every step of the way for me and made my transition very easy the relaxing and quite comfortable once the transition was fully made and I only can say that if you have any questions or have any issues in fact I locked my keys in my car called them and within an hour and a half they had somebody there and open the door up so I'm quite pleased and I would highly recommend Olmsted Insurance / Nationwide to anyone that's looking for affordable insurance and people that take the time to care.

What is with these Insurance companies lately? Seems they are more concerned about their Commercials and Print Ads then the Policy Holder. I called last week for an estimate. I got a quote and an agreement on a payment plan -pay 6 months for the policy today, bill for the last 6 months in July. I took out my DISCOVER Charge Card.... They don't accept DISCOVER. Check, Visa ONLY. I do wish I was told about this when I called last week!... This was a waste of my time. Now I have to get another quote and do this all over again. I am to the point of exasperation. Can anyone do their jobs?

I called a lot of insurance companies to get insurance on a small business company for myself, and none of them wanted to help me. I was about cry with frustration and give up, but I decided to google the top 3 insurance companies and Nationwides office took the call (Laura Currado) and gave me to Agent Rick Olmstead. He invited me to his office within an hour I met Rick and others in the office and everyone had smiles. The office has a warm atmosphere to people that enter the office. I really felt like I was starting a huge business. Rick not only got me insurance but he had advice and he faxed my new insurance to the the company that wanted my services. Thank you so much!!

When I was disappointed in the Allstate Insurance Company and the direction they were taking, I checked into the Olmstead Insurance Agency. They were excellent in supplying the exact coverage I needed for my home and automobiles. Their customer service is quick and courteous. Their rates are great, better than what I was paying with Allstate. My agent made suggestions to find the lowest rate for me. I couldn't be happier!
