Cindy Grinstead and all of the agents in the office have always shown high levels of knowledge in all aspects of insurance. They guided me in the right direction for commerical, auto, boat, and homeowners insurance!

I have been with nationwide for over 20 years and it's mainly due to Jennifer Ash. She has gone so far as to pull over on the side ifvthey road when my daughter was involved with a car accident. She is literally a phone call away from me. She has looked things up for me from home on her computer after hours. I am sure I could get a cheaper quote somewhere else but my loyalty is to nationwide because her service to me and my family. No question is too minor or not important. I am forever grateful for her loyalty to me family and will never leave nationwide

Jennifer has been extremely helpful with everything, and we have alot that sometimes I can not keep up with and her friendly reminders keep me in check. Our family has had many many Medical hardships and she has been a listening ear. Sometimes businesses take priority of the botttom line over customer relationships, but this staff makes you feel the real importance is YOU... THE STAFF... Sussie in the office well she has a great sense of understanding customer service and support.. Could we get insurance cheaper maybe but the quality that this Agency gives we would never find elsewhere. We have been with them forever and loyall customer is a happy customer..
