Terrible customer service. They want you to pay your bill but over charge on EVERYTHING!! If the company is giving customers any courtesy perks this agent would never tell you about it. You would have to hear it from the company 800 corporate office. They don't follow directions when you request things. The price is to high anyway and they dont have the customers best interest at heart. You would do better having a different insurance or call the corporate office for assistance.

Extremely slow and poor service. I saved over $1000 per year switching to GEICO with the same coverage. Stay away!
