My husband and I have been using Nationwide Insurance (Rick Hamby Agency in Hickory) for our vehicles and home for over a decade. Our agent, Elizabeth (Liz) Vang, has always taken good care of us. Whether it’s to file a claim, updating our plan with a new vehicle, etc. she clearly explains our options and helps us get the best rate and services possible. Also, their staff has always been super friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been with this agency since I was 18, 15 years total. They have always been kind and considerate of my needs and interests. The agents there are very personable. In particular, Elizabeth Vang has helped me through some very tough things. When I needed a change of policy she was swift to research it and get it to me. I recently changed homes and she really came through in helping me deal with the complications involved. She is friendly and kind. The agents and office staff have always taken a personal interest in me. I've been pleased overall with this agency and how it has met my personal needs. I look forward to continuing business with them in the future.

My family and I have been with Nationwide Rick Hamby agency for over 30 years. We have had many different insurance needs and situations come up over those 30 years and with every one of them the agents at Rick Hamby's office have always been there to immediately help me and to resolve any issues I was having. In recent years we have had some family and life altering insurance needs that were complicated and the agents work hard to help us to meet those needs and keep our insurance at affordable rates. In particular Elizabeth Vang has been very thorough and listened to my needs and then researched and helped me get the best insurance for my present needs. She has always answered my calls and when she was not available to immediately answer she always called me back. Elizabeth Vang has always been very kind and caring and patient and has never brushed me off. I feel that Elizabeth Vang and all of Rick Hamby's agency is there and has always been and will continue to be there to listen and support me in my insurance needs.

I’ve worked in the customer service industry for years and am adamant there is not a better agency to do business with. The agents are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and know how to protect their members. This agency has been in business for more than 30 years because they know how to take care of their customers. I rest easy knowing my family and assets are protected and adequately insured. I highly recommend all the agents but in specific, Brittany, Jennifer, Sheila, and Liz. You get what you pay for and at this agency, you get the best!! Thank you for taking care of ALL my needs, covering me from unexpected or expected losses, and managing my risk. Y’all are great!!!

I have done business with Nationwide for over 35 years. I have had offers with other companies, and no one comes close to their price. I know I can count on Nationwide. I have only been disappointed one time In 35 years, and I understand the reason for their decision. I still don't agree with it, but I understand.
