Client Review on Nationwide Insurance: Seagroves Agency Inc

Feedback:

I have had Nationwide for the past 13 years and they have been a decent insurance company. However, this past 2 months they have been nothing but problems. I was told that I had to add another driver to my policy because they were staying with me for awhile. That sucked but I understand that is their policy, it took me about 3weeks to do it because I'm extremely busy and never home to actually get the information that I need to do so, and then when I go and try to pay my bill they drop some of my coverage because they said I didn't add the other driver! I was so angry because I did, and when I spoke to the agent they said I did and that it shouldn't have been dropped. I think everything is fixed but then the next month my bill is higher. Now they say it's to go back and add the coverage that should've been to begin with. I had even asked the month prior, if I would have to pay more because it was less than what I'm used to paying and the agent said no because I didn't have it technically. Now they want me to pay it even though I didn't have it! Unbelievable I have to be the one to not only catch THEIR mistakes, but also the one to pay for them. I think it's time we part ways.
