POTENTIAL AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! THIS AGENCY WILL ALMOST EXPONENTIALLY RAISE YOUR PREMIUMS EACH YEAR FOR BEING A PERFECT DRIVER! ALL 3 YEARS THEY RAISES MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS BY AN AVERAGE OF $42 extra each month and $504 annually! This is how this company pays you back for being loyal to them. They also will not recognize 4.0 graduate students that are supposed to receive cheaper rates.AND, in 3 years and dozens of calls and emails to the company, not a single one was called back or replied to. They made ZERO attempts at getting to know me or even calling me one time to introduce themselves. And, they will continue to bill you even after you cancel with them. And, even canceling through the actual Nationwide customer service center they refunded me and said I didn’t owe a penny to this agency. Then, I get a bill for OVER a full months premium for this specific agency...which, I can only guess is a desperate attempt to keep the “company” alive by sending letters saying you still owe them after cancelling with them. I even received a letter saying I satisfied all payments from them only to receive another letter saying I owe almost $200 for aMonth of insurance that I am not using as I already switched to another company and saved over $1000 year and did it apples to apples. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST COMPANY EVER CREATED!
