Having an agent you build a relationship with and working on getting discounts and additions added to the policy was great while Denise Black was there. But then she ‘left’ and I had no communication and no idea what happened and then I get an blanket email saying apologies but she is no longer with this agency and that they just received access to the emails. Personally I would have been calling or sending emails as soon as she left to inform clients that there may be a few things put on hold due to the change in staff but to call if you had anything working. Now I have to deal with not getting the proper coverage added to my policy because she isn’t there to confirm we were talking about adding a certain item. I had an accident and the process was horrible. There was hardly any communication from my local team and then I find out after it’s all done my rates have jumped an enormous amount and it’s because the service I had asked Denise to add never got added and now I have to pay higher rates until it falls off. This agency just has terrible communication and little concern for their customers.
