The company I work for, Jar House LLC, has been working with The Ausband Agency for quite some time. With my more recent addition to the company, I've had the pleasure of working with our agent, Britni Beard, and she is phenominal! I have never encountered an issue that we could not solve and she is so pleasant to work with! Ausband is lucky to have her on their team!

I had an immediate insurance need and called the Ausband Agency. Britni offered to assist me, which was not an easy transaction to complete on a Friday afternoon, but she was going on vacation the following week and was determined to complete my transaction prior to leaving . She didn't pass me off to another associate or put me off because she wanted to start her vacation. She personally took care of my request and stayed past 5 o'clock to make sure I was totally taken care of. She was my angel that day and I am forever grateful for her commitment to meeting my insurance needs.
