I had canceled my dental plan a few weeks ago and wouldn't you know it I broke my front tooth! I called John del Brocco in the morning to find out if I could be reinstated., by 2 pm I was in the dentists chair fully reinstated and insured! John Del brocco called me several times to status me and was truly concerned for my welfare. This was the best service from any insurance agency I have ever received and I would recommend this insurance firm to anyone. Thank you for making an already stressful situation much less stressful.RT

Extremely poor customer service!!!! They can never seem to follow up on calls or requests. Trying to cancel a policy since January 2015 and still not done!

I liked Nationwide as a whole but the prices were getting so high that I moved 3 policies to another carrier. I got written confirmation that the policies were cancelled but my account was still debited. That can happen but after two emails and two phone messages over three days I can't even get a returned call! REALLY??
