The Murphy Insurance Agency has far exceeded our expectations! We had a major Hurricane late summer, last year. I sent Mike an email within to take a look at a massive Pine tree in our yard. In the midst of the Hurricane, within seconds, he responded “on my way!” They are very professional and the best insurance Agency our family has ever had, call them today!

I have used Mike and his team for over a decade. I can't imagine using any one else for my auto, life, rental, and home policies. Over and over, the customer service astounds me. My rates are great and he continually reassesses my coverage for me. There have been several incidents (accidents, broken windshields, etc.) that I thought would cost me more than I could afford, and because of the coverage that he arranged for me, I've spent $0. More than anything, I'm blown away by the good nature, attitude and willingness to help of Mike and his team - finally a company that hasn't let client happiness go by the wayside! THANKS!

I had insurance through them for two years, all was good until I decided it was a little too expensive and cancelled my insurance. The agents began to be extremely rude and even sent me back a reimbursement check AND sent a collection to a debtor without taking any of that money out of the check before sending it. (I know many people that they have done this to, seems as though they are out to destroy ex-customer’a credit.)

I had a fire experience with my business and called Mike Murphy right after the fire department and he was there before the FD showed up. When I say he has a good team, I mean he really strives to work with you and assist in any way he can. I highly recommend Mike, Krista, Melinda and the team for any insurance issues you may need. Even if you're just shopping they are a wealth of information to guide you where you want to be.

These guys are who want to have your back! In the wake of Hurricane Matthew our power was not restored at the shop (Southern Whey) for 72 hours, and that is considered fortunate! We lost everything in the three coolers and the one freezer. Mike and his team stepped up to the adjuster and got us FULL coverage. 100%. Plus the loss of the weekend business due to the product loss (and lack of power). We can't stop thanking them enough now that we're 80% back on our feet and climbing.
