Just finished 6 great days diving with Neco. The operation is really good, forward facing seats make for a really comfortable ride out to the sites. The guides were good and the rental equipment was in decent shape. It wasn’t brand new and had seen some wear but worked perfectly well and was never a concern. The dive briefings were enough, though we have been other places where there were site maps or whiteboard drawings the guides did but we never felt confused in the instructions given. Underwater the guides were as attentive as you needed.The best part of Neco was the pre trip communication. We booked months ahead and had an email from Kim about every month or so and then as we got closer to the trip every week or two. Since we were arriving late in the evening before our first day diving Kim asked us what our lunch order was. From the guys who promptly picked you up and dropped you off at your hotel, to the super office stay and safe competent dive crew, you were always left in good hands.
