I gave one star because it will not allow NO STARS - My family and I stayed in apartment B33 the week of 6-29-18 through 7-6-18 and to be honest, the condition of the said space caused us to enjoy our vacation that much less. We spent several hours cleaning and re-cleaning, covering furniture and washing. Our 1 year old son, had to be covered with pants and shoes the whole time. Who wears pants and socks and sneakers at a beach condo? We all did. After looking at the list that was provided to us on what items SHOULD be in all condos, we realize that unit was definitely not equipped with the requirements at all. We were missing things from kitchen necessities to bed room essentials like a MATTRESS PAD. No mattress pad on a bed that has new bodies in it weekly is just unsanitary! The pillows were thrown on the floor and covered in drool and other bodily fluids. The bed cover in the master bedroom has "spots" all over it. Not washed at all. Some dishes were put away dirty, the potholders were dirty. There was no pots and pans that could be used for cooking because we had lids, and no pots big enough to cook for us. The carpets were DISGUSTING, with an inch or more of accumulated dirt, dust, hair and other peoples chap stick among other things lingering there. And lets not talk about the sofa and love seat. All I will say is that wearing pants to sit down was not enough, we had to borrow sheets from the bed to cover them during the day. And wash the sheets and remake the bed at night! No one should have to do this on vacation. Especially paying what we paid to stay there. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and will be sure to NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The management team admitted the cleaning crew was horrible.... maybe they should hire others? They also said that they will replace the furniture. Wish that was done before we stayed there. The management team refunded the cleaning deposit to us.... but the amount of money we spent on cleaning supplies, and the hours we lost of our vacation are priceless.
