Our business has been working with NetBiz for several years and overall our experience has been very positive and productive. We often seek out individual attention and additional details regarding how their online marketing services are helping our business grow, both short and long term, and they consistently make themselves available. We recently began using their Local Search Synchronization dashboard, and it has been very helpful and user-friendly. Bryan Butler has been especially helpful in assisting me in my new role as our social media manager. Despite my lack of social/online media experience, Bryan patiently works with me and makes himself available to help me troubleshoot and overcome the steep learning curve, allowing us to grow our business. I have been working with Mr. Daniel Terry at NetBiz and have had such an excellent experience. He is thorough, prompt, and has met every commitment he made to me. Plus, he has a great sense of humor and keeps the mood positive even when completing arduous tasks. I have been with NetBiz for multiple years and have made suggestions to them along the way when I saw something that could be improved. The staff has always been courteous and listened to my concerns. Mr. Terry raises the bar; he is the best of the best in the staff.
