UPDATE: DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW! I am not a "jealous competitor", that is just silly. That's just their excuse they use for all the negative comments they get rather than just following good business practices and having good customer service! And that new 5 star review by "Monica Takiar"? Seriously? That is clearly written by an employee of the company. Her full name is Monica Takiar Wadhwa and she is the director at Netsolutions Group. She is also related to the owner, Steve Wadhwa. Be wary of positive reviews, they often use fake names or friends and family!!!----In reply to Netsolutions: The reason we continued to give you second chances is because you continued to assure us that you could give us what we asked for, and we were stupid enough to believe it! You are right about one thing, WE SHOULD HAVE LEARNED OUR LESSON AFTER THE FIRST TIME WE HIRED YOU AND FOUND SOMEONE ELSE!====ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have used Netsolutions group multiple times, and they have always come up short of what we were promised! They are not professional and all they seem to care about is getting paid as soon as possible. If you look at their reviews around the web, you can clearly tell that all of the positive reviews are written by an employee of the company! They have the same writing style and there is a pattern in the fake usernames they generate. They also outsource their web design to India!
