I have recently spoken to a young gentleman, and he informed myself that this is the company of the DirecTV representatives in Costco. I have contacted Costco, DirecTV and now New Age about my situation with one of your representatives. A older gentleman by the name of Scott Grass, approached my husband and I in Costco about the TVs. He asked us who we used as our TV provider and my husband politely told him we were not interested in DirecTV. As he walked away, a younger lady came up to us and told us that Scott made a racial slur about us while walking away. Im not sure if this situation has been handled or if Scott is still with the company after speaking to Costco and DirecTV. This is a serious situation and hope that this gets solved sooner rather than later.
