New wave Media did some branding/logo work for us about 4 years ago and did not give us the working files for the logos and other paid services. When asked for them again multiple times and recently, we were sent some files that were not usable. Left messages with Jonathan multiple times, but no calls were returned. Beware of them holding files ransome. We now need to start our materials from scratch again.

I scheduled 2 phone meetings with Jonathan, he didnt call either time. I had 3 in person meetings scheduled with Jonathan. He cancelled two, and one I showed up for and he wasnt present at the office. Its been 3 months and Ive yet to meet him or even speak on the phone. And when I brought up my frustration, he reminded me of his "17 years of experience" and told me off. There are so many better agencies out there, save yourself the headache.

The company I worked with hired New Wave to rebrand our business as well as design a website that would funnel leads to our sales team with the goal of selling the business. Not only did they create exactly what we wanted brand wise, they developed a marketing strategy that delivered leads...multiple leads...more that we thought! The company did sell the business and we do credit New Wave's marketing expertise as a major contributor to the sale of the business. I recommend them and have referred them to a few colleagues who have also seen success.
