This is one of the worst companies here in South Florida to even get at job though, first test see if the DENON AVR with one speaker attach can get sound from Marantz M-Player. You never guess how that was connected. I was shocked. Optical should be the correct answer. No! composite audio L / R. Second test is a bunch of easy questions but you got a few images to figure out Play to TV, ohms, Bluetooth, WiFi, USB, Mini Player, Eject. Parking lock car is in lot next to 98 flip it around you get 86 then 85 should be the answer. J to K. The rest apple = 10, Banana and coconut. Once you pass that then you see one of the supervisors black guy he's really easy to impress. The young right handed white guy is ok. The HR lady she's weird. Very to unprofessional at best. Tried to tell you that the pay is only $12 an hour. On glass door it's $12.10 max for the entry level. Other sites it's $10 if you really don't known nothing about anything. $13 is the max. But HR she's tries to cheat you out of the extra $1.Also makes you fill out everything and tells you got the job. Then you find out she lies again you meet with the OPM. Spanish guy. I don't say their names because no need too. Other reviewers are right on the dime. I also do Liaison work for billion dollar companies and I can tell a lot just by observing everyone in room. This room is large but not large enough to hold all these people. There are better help desk (they say they'r not help desk. BBB said they're social media company. The OPM said yes they answer your comments when they're negative. They're the ones that do it. They told me I was old, that's Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) is a federal law that protects workers and job applicants age 40 and over from age-based discrimination in all aspects of employment. I should report them to state. There is also how many people you can have in one room. State Health should investigate them as well. Poor hygiene, lack of Bathrooms/rest room. I was there waiting in their so called lunch area. Shame poor little company doesn't even if have area or room on it's own for lunch area. Rest rooms in the call center are only 3 I can see. One girl was waiting a lot time. Cubicles are very tight just enough to fit two 23-inch LED monitors on there. They use DELL will the OPM had 4 monitors side-by-side. His office should be the lunch room. OPM doesn't need a office such a small company. They use offices spaces second level floor they got the entire floor. The glass is blacken and the inside temp is freezing. Filters in the Rest Room on the nicer side where the HR later is is very clean but the exhaust filter is dirty. If the AC vents are like that then mold and spores bacteria grow. The rug in the call center is dirty and torn. Come on they need to clean it. The place is so dysfunctional. One girls was cramp into a small cube. I couldn't even work their because I can't work like that right on top of the next agent. They force you to eat where you work germs that's why things are sticky and grimy. This place doesn't deserve even one star. I've been around the internet since 1991 before all these companies like this one started. I am well know for Windows, Linux and Android developing. I say if you are looking for a place to work here that is fair. Go to TelePerformance USA in Boca Raton. FL. You get 4 weeks of pay training and you can make a lot more than NexgenAgency gives you. Oh yes this isn't an Agency it's Social Media Company 4 years old. The same girl waiting for the rest room on the second time I was there she told me she has been their for 3 years and there isn't any advancement. Entry level 1 Technical Support for A/V Denon, Marantz , JVC, Kenwood, Samsung, Chrome Cast, POLK, Boston just to name the few. I say these companies you really think who they hire for outsourcing their technical support company. I personally don't recommend them..
