Client Review on Nick Mortallaro - State Farm Insurance

Feedback:

Everyone at the office is very personable. Never had a problem with coverage or policy issues. They are also quick to respond to inquiries. Only complaints are that we receive entirely too much communication. Even though we are set up for paperless service we get crap in the mail from State Farm all the time. If they want to send us offers, etc then they should stick by their paperless campaign ideals and email it! Also they call or text to wish happy birthday or holidays and this really annoys my wife. We want our insurance company to be there and ready to assist us but otherwise we honestly don't want to think about them unless needed. Thanks for trying but it is too much :)Prices are OK I guess - not bad enough to convince me to spend the time and effort to research and/or change to anyone else. Website is a lot better than it used to be.Actual insurance gets 5/5 but the overall impression drops my review
