I recently again after about two years decided to try out the Nivea Cherry Blossom and Jojoba oil cream. I was so upset to once again discover I was having bad break out's almost like a rash on my chest. This isn't the first time this has happened. I am upset because the cream isn't cheap and ir used to be such a gentle and moisturising product. What has happened Nivea?
