People should not be rewarded and given business when the customer has to chase the service and the owner has zero respect for new business and quite a salty attitude! Mac, the owner is so unprofessional! I never rate negative feedback but today's experience was noteworthy. I was referred to Mac and her company through a business contact. I emailed the company 3 times. No one answered. I called in to speak to Susan who said Mac would call us back. No call. I made two more calls, left a few voice messages and finally Mac answered. She was to follow up a few days later. No response. I followed up again. She said she was going to email me info required to get started. No emails received. I followed up today and politely mentioned I understood if they have other commitments that do not permit time for us, I just needed to know as I needed to secure service. Mac, took on disappointing attitude : Said she does not need GUFF and hung up the phone.
