Feedback:
Went there on 9/17/19 ..very very small library. No where to really sit and study.. just a few tables..no parking..street parking with paid meters and parking lot by borough hall for meter parking...Ridiculous..staff was loud and one lady was busy shopping online while working...
Feedback:
Cute library and has everything you need. I like that if you need to rent a book from another library they are linked to, they will get it for you. No offense to the people complaining about the children's section but it's not a daycare. Yes, it's your responsibility to make sure your kid isn't screaming and running, if they can't, come back when they can because people are reading and studying.
Feedback:
Small, not a huge selection of book, staff isn't very friendly, some are rude others condescending, the children's area is decent but not closes off from the rest of the library so if you have runner or loud child you will be getting dirty looks from the adult patrons. They need to put up a wall between the kids area and adult area
Feedback:
This library is little bit tight but has a good selection of books. I enjoyed my visits there.
Feedback:
They sometimes take people off of computers for no reason so another reason which I think is unfair. Other than that its great
Feedback:
I am not understanding the negative reviews. I have lived in North Arlington for over 4 years now and have a school age child who loves to read and I am also an avid reader when I have the time and we have never had an issue getting a book. If they don't have a book available at their location they will find it for you at another library and have it shipped to you! The staff has always been friendly and attentive. Yes you will have loud kids but that's because the high school is right down the street and we all know kids don't listen when adults tell them to be quiet anyway!
Feedback:
Friendly staff
Feedback:
Rude old lady workers, no scanner, no fax machine, very small, very little services offered. Children's section is small and not closed off from the rest of the library to avoid children's noise from bothering other patrons. One of the worst libraries I've ever been in.
Feedback:
Rude staff and not welcoming. Whenever I travel i make it a point to visit the local library (the heart of the community) this one was the Worst one I have ever been to! When we lived here for 2 years we avoided it which was such a shame. It's in a great location, easy access, nice interior but the staff just plummets it. If you need quite study or book i recommend Barns&Nobel a few mins up the road they have better staff, nicer environment and better hours! And they offer a wonderful children's story multiple times a week
