Loved our experience purchasing our Beach House thru North Beach Realtors. Grace and her staff were very professional and accommodating. We were 4 hours away so she made sure she was available when we were going to be in town. We also rented thru them. Check in and check out were always smooth. The staff answered all of our questions. Glad we found Grace.

My daughter stayed here. This was her first vacation rental on her own. My husband and I gave guidance Via FaceTime. We inspected the unit with her at check in and we also inspected the unit with her at check out Via FaceTime. My concern comes in after checking out however. She received an letter stating that she had dropped and busted bedroom tv. I followed up with a phone call to the realtor to find out the details. She stated the tv worked when she checked in and didn't when she checked out . Now keep in mind this is an older TV that had a loose cable on the back that had to be wiggled in order to get reception and volume during her stay. She didn't think anything of it, just figured it was an older TV, didn't really watch TV that much, didn't report it to the the realty company. I explained this to Grace and told her the tv was not dropped/ or busted and worked. "Not great but worked"Overall I am very concerned that if something stops working even though you had absolutely nothing to do with why it stopped working or malfunctioning that overall you will be paying for the tv/appliance. There was no evidence, no pictures, no email,no phone call to contact my daughter in regards to this. She received nothing but the invoice stating that she was being billed for the TV. She checked out on June 22 and the TV wasn't purchased until June 26 somethings not adding up here. This doesn't seem quite right to me. I would not recommend renting from the realty company... Dishonest!

North Beach Realtors are professional and hard working. They are attentive to details, and are always courteous. Grace and her staff are quick to answer questions and return messages. The units they rent are all well screened and personally checked out for cleanliness.

By far my worst vacation ever thanks to you. Between the unsanitary conditions of our rental, having to get threatened to pack our stuff up and be out asap and to find another place, all while trying to enjoy a vacation. You told our credit card company we left because of the " nor'easter " . Funny ....we stayed the rest of our vacation at a actual clean rental and did not get the run around and had to spend more money to find a place . Lying stating we had more than the maximum number of people in the house again which is wrong. Maybe if you worried more about the cleanliness of the places you rent and not try to run out of your office away from your issues you would have cought the months of black mold growing around all vents and all other places in the rental not just as you say " where the sliding glass doors were " . You would think for being on the chamber of commerce for ocean city you would be very professional in dealing with customers . And don't bother me with threatening messages to contact you directly you clearly gave us the run around then and are not any way shape considered a professional person in the rental business.

Our place was covered in black mold throughout the ducts and walls, we were told to leave when we contacted the agent, everybody got sick, we were only partially refunded our many. THe owner was very rude about the whole experience. we are out a lot of money they refuse to give back. totally disgusting .

LOVE THEM!!!! had a great experience with a vaction with them! We ended showing up early for check in and they worked hard to get us in. Our rental place was gorgeous and right by the water. We thought we were going to have to spend an arm and a leg but it was pretty fair. Their staff was SO nice and they made our stay pleasant and like we were staying with family! I felt like we were kind of high maintenance guests but they didn't make us feel that way. They told us where to go and what to see and it was nice to get a "local's perspective". We will DEFINATELY use them again!!!
