Feedback:

Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful don't come here, Terrible service.

Feedback:

Ms. Blue did a great job informing everyone, in line, of the required documents for each type of license. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was there to get a REAL ID. I did not have an appointment. I was in line before the doors opened at 8am. Once inside the documents were verified and I was given a number. I waited less than an hour to be called back. That seemed very reasonable to me.

Feedback:

It's a dmv so dont expect much, at least here I dont feel like I will be a victim of a drive by while waiting outside. The lady was quite nice as well

Feedback:

Wednesday, September 11, 2019! I accompanied my girlfriend to renew her license, while there, we had to witness the most unprofessional, unbefitting, inept behaviors from an examiner by the name of Blue. Blue, whom is female, displayed actions and behaviors of a adolescent girl! Having to watch a middle school display of inappropriate behaviors and verbiage with a customer was an utter debacle! This was the most dissatisfying experience that my girlfriend and I had experience and endure in a very long time. While this is a customer service based institution, customer service skills were vacant from her mouth and body language. Despite having to wait for an extended period of time, which in itself is unacceptable, behaviors such as this, intolerable.

Feedback:

Prepare to be here for a long time. Got here at 9:30am and still waiting to be seen at 11:28am

Feedback:

I went into the DMV Tuesday Sept 10 at 4:20 pm, I received great service. I had to turn in an old plate from a car I took off the road, then put a new car on the road and had everything completed by 4:25. Literally took me longer to put the new plate on my car than the time i was inside.

Feedback:

Everyone who works here is just incredibly rude. 5 Out of the past 5 times ive came here i have been disrespected and bullied.

Feedback:

I took my son there this morning to take his permit test. We were the 2nd ones there and waited patiently for the office to open. Upon opening the door, the DMV official looked out and laughed at the number of people waiting. He then held the door for the young man in front of us to enter, and when my son proceeded to walk in he let the door close on him, actually pulling the door closed so it would hit him. He then said to my son, " Take your hands out your pockets, I am not your door holder!" This jarred my son and visibly shook him. I then asked the man what the issue was. He said to me, " I am not here to hold the door for your kid". I explained to him that his behavior was quite confusing, especially since he had just opened the door and had held the door for the first young man. I also explained that we did not expect him to hold the door for us, however, he was actively standing in front of the door holding it open, so we thought we were safe to proceed through the door. He then began yelling at people to hurry through the door. My son was quite upset before his test. We arrived in great spirits. This man, A GROWN MAN, bullied my son. After that encounter, he called my son back and I heard him badger my son, and threaten him to " Not say a word, or else". I am filing a complaint with Raleigh, and possibly seeking legal action. The people at this office think it is ok to bully and threaten kids.

Feedback:

I relocated to US about couple of months ago, and so far DMV is the worse place I have visited, and it urged me to put my first ever review on google. The intention is that may be someone from their department will read and try to make things better than what they are right now. I was given a driver's license for fleet vehicles only, though I had the liability insurance and the coverage for the rental vehicle. Whereas some of my colleagues got no restrictions with the similar documents that I had. Anyways, after leasing a car, I been to their office in order to get rid of this restriction on Tuesday at 16:44, and the guy did not admit me in. Without hearing a single word, he told me to come in the morning tomorrow. Since I am new to the US, I had no clue if I am allowed to drive the leased car with this restriction. I requested him, kindly can you listen for a while what I want to tell you. He told me that he will listen when I will come in the morning tomorrow. All I know that this process takes less than 10 mins and he could easily do that, whereas he did not admit me on that day. What a rude behavior that was, I was stunned and shocked that they even don't care what the foreigners would think about their treatment in the US. I drove almost for 40 mins to their office in heavy rain and traffic jam. You might be fed up of dealing with the public the whole day, but even if you want to refuse giving services to someone, at least do it in a polite and respectful way. I did not ask for any extra protocol, neither I want but a respectful and fair treatment. If you do not want to entertain anyone after a particular time, then put the damn closing time of your office at that occurrence, so people should not visit you after that. Make some protocols to follow, not just random guy with his or her will to decide what to do, save others precious time and reduce your own administrative work, so people should not visit you unnecessarily.

Feedback:

I’ve been turned away from this office twice now after taking 2 days off work each time to go. I arrived 3 hours before close and was sent home at 2:30 because they decided that issuing out of state licenses took too long and there were “other people” behind that they could help more quickly. Not a great first impression of the state.
