The staff here are very unfriendly & rude! Not helpful people at all! They act as if they are unhappy with their jobs or something! It is a shame when most people prefer to go out of town if they are able to just to avoid going here!!!

Employees untrained, lazy and have no clue what's going on. Not to mention the building is absolutely disgusting and unfit for humans.

A lot of the criticism towards this office is unfair in that its so personal. The staff is nice; they have a job that is difficult and the process is slow. IF people would come prepared with all their paperwork in order it would make everyone's experience better.

This joke of a dmv and the people running it would be better suited picking up trash on the highway. The staff is poorly educated and not knowledgeable at all. The guy, Colin thinks he is the know it all when it comes to the dmv rulebook, when honestly he is useless. I'd give the review a negative but it wont allow me to. I highly recommend everyone spend the extra time to go to Richmond county.
