Client Review on North Carolina License Plate Agency

NC suspended my plates stating i had no insurance which i did have and never laps. The first girl told me i needed to prove i had insurance. My insurance company sent it 5 times via fax, electronically and even emailed it to me. I stood there for hours waiting for the fax because no one wanted check for it nor take time to look at my cellphone that had the letter on it nor wanted to check the system to see if it arrived. I spoke to all 3 ladys that worked there and all three act like they didn't want to be bothered or do their job. I even tried to ask the first lady a question as she was walking out and she very rudely told me she was on lunch ask the girls up front. after being ignored by Marie and the other women that was too busy balancing her check book at work i went over to the office manager who pulled up the paperwork I've been waiting for all that time within 2 seconds. This is their jobs and should be professional at all times and not act like people are wasting thier time. They are state workers with a good job and benefit and should act like care and try to help people out instead of pushing them away and ignoring them. The only reason i gave them a one star was because theres no negative stars to give them. This was the worst costumer service I've seen and they either need to be retired on their job and how to deal with the public or hire people that want to be there.
