Feedback:

Never mailed my new registration card/sticker, tried calling, line is busy every time and when i finally get through and choose the option to talk to someone, the line goes silent, no “you’re on hold, please wait”, no music, no nothing, just a silent line. Finally just gave up and decided to order a duplicate online for $20, ended up not having to pay the $20, but the registration came with no sticker. It’s now almost July and i still don’t have a sticker and can’t contact the DMV.

The women that work here are extremely rude and uneducated. I can't believe the quality of humans that they hire to work at this place. If you can drive to a different city maybe you'll have better luck.

A pretty typical DMV, slow and inefficient. There were a number of employees working but only two helping guests. They were in absolutely no hurry to work quickly and get people in and out the door.

Turned my plate in and asked if there will be fine only to be told you find out next you are here. I couldn't get an answer from the rude lady. I still had to get sticker and she acted like I inconvenienced her. Hate coming to this place.

I've never had a problem with service here but the place reeks of body odor no matter how many people are in there even in the winter time I just don't get how it smells so bad!

Registration renewal took 2 minutes to complete after a 20 min wait. I was 9th person called after taking a number upon arrival.

Waited almost two hours with an elderly handicap person. When her number was called because she didn't move fast they quickly called another number. When she called out that she was here the person behind the counter was completely rude the whole time she was dealing with us.

Absolutely the worse DMV I have ever been to. I waited over an hour just to change a title.
