Much nicer clerks here than the office on Hwy 321 in Hickory. Always greeted with a smile, and a pleasant attitude. Line moves quickly here. At the office on Hwy 321 in Hickory always greeted with a frown and a grunt. If the clerks at the office on Hwy 321 hate their job as much as it appears, I strongly suggest they self-terminate their position there. The Hickory office has the MOST RUDE clerks I've even dealt with.

I will drive 100 miles out of the way before going back here. Some of the rudest people i have met. Show no concern for the customer, if you ask a question they get irritated and are very sarcastic. Never, ever going in this place again. Avoid at all costs

Most pleasant DMV experience I've had in the 27 years I've been driving. The staff were friendly, courteous, attentive, helpful, accommodating and a pleasure- yes, a PLEASURE, to talk to.I can only guess the bad reviews about this location are just sour grapes from those who must have either had a rotten attitude before they walked in the door and been rude to the staff or expected the staff to work miracles and ignore NC motor vehicle laws because I was courteous to the staff and they were nothing but cordial and affable in return.

The most disrespectful family run Tag office I have ever had to come in contact with in 40 years. Sad that there isn't any competition !!! They need to shut this place down.

Been calling for over an hour and the line had been busy the entire time. We walked in and they aren't even busy! I believe the phone is off of the hook because there isn't even anyone on the phone

I avoid going to this place. Everytime I go to this place it's a problem leave there go to Mooresville or Hunterville NO PROBLEM. These ladys act mad and treats you like you are stupid! I do not torelate disrespect. I will drive extra to tag office that gives me no problem and walk out with no matter of time. Seriously a problem Everytime. I really think they don't know what their doing!!!! Will not go here anymore after a couple of my visits.
