I called this hospital to see if they could help me with my pet Situation I've lost my job and don't have the money pay to get treatment for him!! I asked for help they don't care! So this hospital only wants your money they really don't care about animals! Really come to find out a lot of places seem to be like this! I would never take a pet of mine when and if I get myself together and idk if I'll ever have another pet cuz of what I'm going through now! This is not the place to take your pet! Take it to somewhere where they care no matter what your situation is in life! People say they care about animals if u don't have money these places don't care!!

My family has taken out pets her for years and when I moved out with my dog, I still go back to North Laurel Animal Hospital. Receptionists are pleasant over the phone and in person. The Vet technicians are so kind and caring while still being practical and truthful. Doctor Bob and his accociate Vetarianarians are always wonderful. They understand that every pet has a different personality and a different story. I trust this practice 100 with the health of my pets.

Best vet experience I’ve had. My German shepherd mix is a rescue and had a bad first experience with another location which traumatized him wrt all aspects of the visit to the vet. The vets and staff at North Laurel welcomed him and made him feel comfortable, and, understanding his background, worked hard and with a great deal of patience, to get him to a place where he was no longer terrified of going to the doctor. The receptionists are warm and helpful, the techs are actual animal whisperers, and the docs are top class.

I have been coming here for over 10 years with multiple dogs. The people that work there are always very polite and know my dogs names when I walk in the door. I’ve never had a bad experience and I recommend them to friends and family all the time. I use to drive 20/25 minutes and pass 3 or 4 vets just to go there and I don’t ever plan on going somewhere else u less I move out of the area.

Had to take my kitty here for a behavior issue & the staff was amazing! Dr. Bob was fabulous and took his time with her and explained everything to me! We will be making this our regular vet.

I've been using this Ventinary practice for well over 30 years. Dr. Bob and his staff are curteous, professional, and very caring towards their patients and their families. I have always received excellent service! Their Groomer, Cindy, is wonderful with all of the pets in her care and she does a awesome job at grooming!
