Feedback:
Visited the Library and asked for a visitor pass while working out of town to use the computer for business. I was informed that I would need to acquire a Library card first since I was an Allegheny county resident. The Librarian on duty even with ID would not issue a card without a phone number. I was then told those are the rules thus no computer access was permitted. Perhaps a little overkill with rules at this public facility. Thanks ladies for the kindness.

I just moved here and I use the library often. I am so glad that the staff is nice . It's hard to find nice librarians any more and the ladies here are so nice. Thank you all if you gals see this. See y'all soon.
